Growing Together Discipleship Scholarship

The purpose of this program is to help students pay for college while also providing mentoring and discipleship. The heart of this program is to continue to help our students grow in their faith as they transition into college.

  • Monthly zoom meeting with a designated spiritual mentor to discuss assigned reading, service

opportunities, and faith. Some of the questions included here will be: “How are you doing? How can we pray for you? Where do you see God at work in your life or in the people around you? What dreams is God giving you for the church? Who are you discipling/serving?”

  • 1-2 in-person meetings with a spiritual mentor.

  • Assigned reading from reading list. Students will be allowed to pick from the list of books shown below.

  • Experiential service opportunities that connect the passion of the student to the heart of God.

Priority will be given to students graduating from high school who were active members of Guymon Church of the Nazarene, but anyone connected to Guymon Church of the Nazarene is eligible.
